The mission of Addesso is to be the firm that organizations come to when they demand high-quality, affordable technology solutions.

The Addesso process is extremely straightforward and, in conjunction with our flexible staff, allows us to pass our efficiences on to our clients by way of faster development cycles and lower costs.

The first step that we take is to confirm a full understanding of our client's needs for a particular project so as to ensure that our final deliverable hits the mark. We produce a clearly defined scope of work and a project plan listing the key responsibilities of each party involved along with their associated timeframes. Once everything is agreed upon, then the real magic begins.

Our design and development team, the core of which have worked together form over ten years, begin by producing flowcharts (to show the architecture of the production) and storyboards (to show actual screen content and function). These documents are thoroughly reviewed by our Quality Assurance staff prior to being presented to our client for approval.

Once the design documents are approved, an interface design is created to represent the look and feel that Addesso proposes be used for the production. This interface design is a graphical representation of how your site (or application) will appear and always defines such prominent features as navigation, fonts, colors, imagery, and layout. At Addesso, we always meet with our clients and walk them through the graphical site design, noting any changes that are suggested, and explaining the thought behind the placement and appearance of each item on screen, all with the goal of gaining agreement to move forward with the design fully understood by all parties involved.

The next step in our process is the actual production of the project. Coordinated by our dedicted Project Managers, Addesso prides itself on meeting all deadlines and exceeding all expectations. Our production team, having been together for such a long time, are comfortable dealing with each other and are open to internal critique. They can read each others moves and make use of past experience to turn out high-quality applications in timeframes only dreamt of by other firms. Once initial production has commenced, our detail-oriented QA staff fully tests the application on all target systems prior to presenting to our client for review.

Our tried and proven review process uses techology to streamline the gathering of feedback and requested changes, and ensures that any concerns are addressed prior to another round of QA. We then stage the production for the client's final review.

Once final approval of the production is received, the application is delivered to the client in a predetermined manner, such as posting the site to the client's server, and any technical issues are handled by our responsive and knowledgable IT staff.

Follow-up discussions (internal to Addesso as well as with our client) occur at the conclusion of each project so as to assess the effectiveness of the end-result and to offer support options for moving forward.
